Cuba seeks a civilized relationship with the US, despite the US embargo imposed on the country since 1962, said Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Cane.

According to President, he intends to use his speech at the UN General Assembly in order to condemn the commercial, economic and financial embargo, AFP reported.
