DUSHANBE. – Tajikistan’s President Emomali Rahmon has welcomed Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan for his participation in the current regular meeting of the Council of Heads of States of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CHS CIS), in the Tajik capital city of Dushanbe.

At present, the leaders of the CIS member countries are holding a narrow session, the Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter informed from Tajikistan.

As reported earlier, during the narrow session, the discussants will exchange views on partnership within the CIS, matters of the chairmanship of the Commonwealth, and the date and venue of the next CHS CIS regular meeting.

And during the extended session, the participants will discuss multifaceted matters aimed at further development of cooperation in the key domains of CIS activities.
