French President Emmanuel Macron has posted a GIF photo on Twitter.

The photo is with the young Armenian volunteers working at the 17th Summit of the International Organization of La Francophonie, in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan.

“The strength of La Francophonie is the youth,” Macron commented under this photo.
