At Monday’s talks in Luxembourg, European Union (EU) foreign ministers will formally approve the sanctions on Russia, and with respect to the use of chemical weapons, RIA Novosti news agency reported citing the press release by the UK Foreign Office.

Accordingly, after Russia’s chemical attacks in Syria and in Salisbury, UK, the EU FMs on Monday will officially endorse, in Luxembourg, the respective sanctions on Russia, and proposed by the UK and France.
