The attack at the College in Crimea’s Kerch, killing 20 people and injuring more than 50, was the result of globalization, said Russian President Vladimir Putin at an international conference.

Putin linked the attack to "globalization," drawing parallels to shooting attacks in the U.S.

Russian President said the fact that teenagers get shotguns means that adults are "reacting poorly to fast-changing realities,” AP reported.

As reported earlier, at least 20 people have been killed and dozens more wounded in a shooting at a college in Crimea.

Crimea will hold a three-day mourning period for those killed in the attack.
