YEREVAN. – All citizens of Armenia can form any unions, including political parties, acting PM Nikol Pashinyan told reporters commenting on second president Robert Kocharyan's intention to set up a political party.

“There is indeed a vacuum in the political field, but I think the snap parliamentary elections will get things straight,” Pashinyan said.

In his latest interview with RIA Novosti, Kocharyan said he is going to create his own political party and will move to the opposition.
