The Russian and US leaders, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, confirmed their intention to talk during the G-20 summit in Argentina, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told Interfax.

"Yes. They agreed to meet there,” he said asked whether the leaders of the two countries confirmed their intention to talk separately in the Argentine capital.

Earlier on Sunday, Putin stated that he had a brief conversation with Trump in Paris.
