Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Thursday was on hand at the official opening of the new building of the Consulate General of Armenia in Saint Petersburg, Russia. The building is located in downtown Saint Petersburg.

Also, Pashinyan toured the new consulate building.

He was informed that the building is historic, and it was built in 1912.

The building has been allocated to the Armenian consulate for 49 years, and without charge.

The building has been completely renovated by means of the local Armenian community.
