YEREVAN. – The pilots who died in Tuesday’s crash of a fighter plane will be laid to rest at Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.

Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned the aforesaid from the Ministry of Defense.

The church requiem service for these pilots will be held Friday.

A Sukhoi Su-25 fighter aircraft of the Armenian Air Force crashed Tuesday morning nearby Maralik town in Shirak Province, and while conducting a training flight.

Armenian Air Force pilots, Lieutenant Colonel Armen Babayan and Major Movses Manukyan, died in the crash.
