Prior to the Government of Armenia’s special outdoor Cabinet session Friday in Gyumri, Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was on hand at the ceremony of formally putting into circulation a stamp devoted to the devastating earthquake that hit the northern regions of the country in 1988.

The stamp with a nominal value of 230 drams—and dedicated to the 30th anniversary of this quake—is printed in 30,000 copies.
