YEREVAN. – Armenia’s acting PM and Azerbaijani president had a conversation regarding the captives, Nikol Pashinyan told reporters on Friday.

“We talked about captives. Unfortunately, we did not reach an agreement, but the discussion will continue. You now that they are proposing ‘all for all’ principle, but it is a problem. We have to discuss the matter with the Artsakh authorities. We talked about the past episodes of the negotiations and other matters,” Pashunyan said calling it not a meeting, but an exchange.

He had an exchange with Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev during the dinner on the margins of the CIS meeting which followed the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in Saint Petersburg.
