Turkish officials will be asked during the talks in Ankara with Donald Trump's national security advisor John Bolton to either transfer the US military bases in Syria to the Turkish side or destroy them, Reuters reported. 

"Give them or destroy them," a Hurriyet newspaper headline said, referring to what it said were 22 U.S. military bases in Syria.

Bolton is on a two-day visit to Turkey, he held talks with the official representative of the Turkish President, Ibrahim Kalin.
