No investigative activities involving Yuri Khachaturov have been conducted in recent months, the lawyer Mihran Poghosyan told Armenian News - NEWS.am.

The lawyer noted that the term for acceptance or refusal of an appeal against the decision of the court of first instance by the Court of Cassation had expired of , but there was still no decision. He added that the Court of Cassation avoids giving assessments over the case.

Khachaturov has been charged with toppling constitutional order in Armenia during the March 1, 2008 events. He was released on bail.
