The dead body of an inmate was found Sunday at Armavir penitentiary in Armenia.
According to shamshyan.com, at around 6Ö‰15pm, the prison officers found convict Sahak Sahakyan, 37, dead in his prison cell.
According to preliminary information, Sahakyan had fallen ill, fallen from the top bed of the bunk bed of this cell on to a wooden cabinet, and then—on the floor, and died.
The police investigation department is preparing a report on this incident.
Sahak Sahakyan was serving time for committing murder.
