YEREVAN. – Armenia’s economic activity index grew by 5.8 percent from January to December last year as compared to the same period in 2017, Armenia’s national statistical service reported.

According to budget forecast, the budgeted economic activity growth was 6.5 percent, but in fact it made 5.8 percent. That is, the variation made 0.7 percent.

Meanwhile, in the first quarter of 2018 economic growth stood at 9-10 percent, and finally decreased to 5.8 percent.
