The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has issued a message of congratulations to President Hassan Rouhani of Iran, on the 40th anniversary of the Islamic revolution in Iran.

In his message, Sarkissian underscored the preservation and development of stable and mutually beneficial Armenia-Iran relations, and expressed a conviction that, to this end, new efforts shall be made and resources shall be used by both countries.
