YEREVAN. – ARF Dashnaktsutyun stands for a military agreement between Armenia and Karabakh, representative of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun supreme body Ishkhan Saghatelyan said.

Karabakh will host a forum in late February, and the party is going to voice its approaches on the matter once the forum is closed, he said.
