YEREVAN. – Ministry of Defense military unit detachment health instructor and compulsory military serviceman Private Hamlet Avagyan died as a result of slipping into the gorge.
Naira Harutyunyan, head of the Information and Public Relations Division of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, told about the aforementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“The military serviceman slipped and fell into the gorge on the way from a military base to another military base to provide medical assistance,” she said. “H. Avagyan died from the bodily injuries he sustained.”
Harutyunyan added that a report was being prepared on this incident.
As reported earlier, military serviceman Hamlet Avagyan died Tuesday.
