Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan urged Armenian and Azerbaijani users to stop fighting in social networks. His remarks came during the press conference on Tuesday.

Armenian Prime Minister highlighted the importance of holding talks with Azerbaijani authorities.

“We also consider the expected dialogue to be important. What does it mean when the international community talks about the need to prepare society for the peace. I don’t think that presidents should prepare only their societies for peace. I think I should participate in the preparation of Azerbaijani society for peace and vice versa. I wonder if the Azerbaijani President has something to say to the Armenian and Atsakh peoples? I have something to say to the Azerbaijani people, and I would be very happy for this. But such an approach cannot be one-sided. The constructive atmosphere is important,” he said.

Another negative point is the fighting of Armenian, Artsakh and Azerbaijani users in social networks, said Pashinyan adding that Internet users should discuss issues, not fight.

Asked to comment whether he is ready to meet with ex-President Serj Sargsyan, Pashinyan noted that he is ready to meet both with ex-President, and ex-Prime Minister.
