Year after year, the government increases the funding for military industry in Armenia.

In Fall 2017, the government increased the budget for scientific research work, and with the prospect for increasing investments in this domain.

The country's leadership had decided to separate military industry from the Ministry of Defense, thus creating more suitable conditions for foreign investors.

There are several respective projects that will be implemented in the near future.

Considerable resources are provided on a graceful and gratuitous basis.

One of such organizations is ARAR Foundation, thanks to the efforts of which the vanguard divisions of the Armenian Armed Forces are now are equipped with the latest models.

The Armenian military industry’s innovative solutions are being implemented. The serial production of drones—including combat drones—has begun, and high tech is successfully being introduced in the communication, optical electronic, and radio intelligence systems.

Also, a technological unit has been created within the Ministry of Education and Science, and the recruits of this unit are the students of technical universities of Armenia and who are known for their scientific accomplishments.
