The speech of the transgender in the National Assembly was not by chance. The Prime Minister had to justify the act in Brussels. This is what leader of the National Security Party Garnik Isagulyan told journalists as he touched upon the speech of a transgender in the National Assembly last week.

“Moreover, the speech had to be made before the Prime Minister’s visit to Brussels, and the Prime Minister needed to justify it and refer to the gay parade that was disrupted in Armenia,” he said, stating that there was a need to show that a transgender is giving a speech from the podium of the National Assembly of Armenia and the speech is followed by applause.
