YEREVAN. – ARF Dashnaktsutyn will stage a rally on May 23, and will deliver a statement shortly, representative of the ARF Executive Body Ishkhan Saghatelyan wrote on Facebook.

He praised “vigilant and conscious behavior of all friends and supporters of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun structure in Armenia.”
