The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg rejected the appeal of the leader of the French Party National Unity Marine Le Pen in the case of fictitious employment of her assistant, Euronews reported. 

The politician has exhausted the possibilities to appeal the verdict and will have to pay about € 300 thousand.

"The appeal is dismissed," the European Court of Justice ruled earlier this week in an ordinance obtained by Euronews, and "Le Pen is ordered to pay the costs.".
