Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Armenia Hayk Grigoryan had several meetings with representatives of the law-enforcement authorities of the Russian Federation in the Russian city of Krasnoyarsk, as reported the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Investigative Committee of Armenia.

In particular, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee had meetings with Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai Alexander Uss; Chief Federal Inspector in Krasnoyarsk Krai Sergey Blinov; Head of the General Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Lieutenant-General Alexander Rechitsky; acting Head of the Legal Institute of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Siberia Alexey Kalugin and Rector of the Federal University of Siberia Svetlana Basaleva.

At the invitation of Governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai Alexander Uss, Hayk Grigoryan ahd a meeting with students of the Federal University of Siberia.

During the meeting, the students were told about the role and significance of the doctrine “of joint criminal actions” in regard to holding the military-political leaderships of the conflicting parties liable for committing war crimes during armed clashes.

The students asked the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Armenia questions about the application of effective measures for the fight against corruption in Armenia, cooperation with the investigative committees of other countries, as well as the social guarantees of officers of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, and the chairman gave exhaustive answers to their questions.
