HSBC Bank CEO John Flint has resigned, Bloomberg reported

According to the Chairman Mark Tucker, the board believed a change was needed to help the bank, which has seen its Hong Kong-listed shares fall about 15% in the past year, meet the challenges it faces in an increasingly complex environment.

John Flint will be replaced by Noel Quinn, who is the head of Global Commercial Banking, he has been in this position since 2015, and has been working for HSBC for 32 years, the statement said.
