YEREVAN. – The Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, and the Human Rights Commissioner of Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, are having a discussion in Moscow; the public relations department of the office of the Ombudsman of Armenia informed this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

They are conferring on the avenues for resolving the issues of concern to Armenians and Armenian citizens who are in Russia for work abroad, or are living there.

Armenian Ambassador Vardan Toghanyan, and president of the Union of Armenians in Russia Ara Abrahamyan are also taking part in this talk.

The issues which Armenians and Armenian nationals in Russia face the most are on the agenda of this discussion.
