Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s meeting with the people in Jermuk town—and with respect to whether the Amulsar gold mine of Armenia should operate—concluded, but he did not respond to the questions posed by reporters.

After his public address, the PM had separate conversations with several residents.

After the meeting, the people who met with Pashinyan were also silent. They were primarily the Jermuk residents who have blocked the road leading to the Amulsar mine.

But later, in Gndevaz village, they announced that they had discussed the same matters with Pashinyan as were conferred on before.

They said they had the impression that the Prime Minister wants to have legal grounds not to allow the mine to be operated, but there are no such facts at the moment.

Nikol Pashinyan left from Jermuk to Saravan village.
