President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has awarded deputy of the State Duma, polar explorer, scientist Artur Chilingarov.
Chilingarov has been awarded the 2nd Degree Order “For Merit for the Homeland” for his contributions to the strengthening of statehood and development of parliamentarism and his faithful and longstanding service.
