YEREVAN. – Russia’ new Azimuth Airlines plans to set up a technical base in Armenia, Zhoghovurd (People) newspaper reported.

“Zhoghovurd daily was informed that Tatevik Revazian, Chair of the Civil Aviation Committee [of Armenia], has been very busy lately with the process of bringing that airline to Armenia.

“Azimuth Airlines plans to set up—in the area of Zvartnots [International] Airport [of capital city Yerevan]—a new technical base to carry out technical service on TTJ10 aircrafts,” Zhoghovurd wrote.
