Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today paid a visit to Armenian Public Television, toured the TV station and particularly visited the new archives building in which he was introduced to the work that has been done and the new technical equipment that has been installed, as reported the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Government of Armenia.

The new archives building has been replenished with state-of-the-art equipment for digitization and equipment for the restoration of archival materials with the support of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

The head of government also visited the broadcasting department where he was introduced to the activities that have been carried out to improve the content quality and technical quality of TV shows.

Afterwards, the Prime Minister held a consultation with the administration of Armenian Public Television and representatives of the creative group. During the consultation, the Prime Minister was presented to Armenian Public Television’s report on its activities.

The head of government also attended the taping of the “Crossroads of Times” concert-project organized at the television station.
