YEREVAN. – The pretrial measure of custody, which had been set for Sedrak Arustamyan, the Director of Multi Group company and actual manager of Stones LLC, has been commuted, and he has been released on a 20mn dram bail. Naira Harutyunyan, head of the Information and Public Relations Division of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, told about this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The court has also commuted the preventive measures set for Suren Avagyan and Gurgen Sargsyan, coordinators of Stones LLC, and they have been released on a 10mn dram bail.

Along the lines of the Investigative Committee’s investigation into misuse in the North-South Road Corridor Program, Arustamyan was also charged with money laundering. And on Wednesday, Sedrakyan was indicted on several articles of the Criminal Code.

Furthermore, the charges brought against Avagyan and Sargsyan were commuted and added. They have also been charged under another article. And on Wednesday, they were charged under two more articles.

At present, 15 people stand as defendants in this criminal case.
