YEREVAN. – Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Tuesday is participating in the “Forest Summit: Global Action and Armenia” event.

It is held until Wednesday, and will include discussions on the global efforts and measures on forest conservation and restoration.

The summit aims to double forest area in Armenia by the year 2050.

Foreign representatives also will speak at the summit.

In addition, excursions will be organized within the framework of this event.
