An Armenian doctor from the humanitarian mission in Syria has saved the lives of a mother and her newborn at the Aleppo Military Hospital. Nazeli Elbakyan, Public Relations Officer at the Armenian Center for Humanitarian Demining and Expertise, told this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

According to her, after the successful completion of the caesarean section, the mother and baby feel very well.

A boy has been born into this Syrian family.

The doctors of the hospital expressed their gratitude to the Armenian doctor for the operation.

As per Elbakyan, people with different health problems apply to the doctors of this Armenian humanitarian mission. Since February, these Armenian specialists have provided assistance more than 6,550 people.
