YEREVAN. – Member Hrayr Tovmasyan has taken the Constitutional Court hostage by using the opportunity provided by democracy. Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, told about this to reporters today.

"He's not letting," Grigoryan said. "He creates limitations and problems, so that we can achieve these democratic principles, which are enshrined in the Constitution and which are an important helping condition for our country. He creates problems to move forward in that regard."

When asked what decisive steps will be taken, Grigoryan said that there is no concrete step that can be taken to solve all problems.
