YEREVAN. – The National Assembly of Armenia is debating on the draft state budget for 2020 for the third day, the Armenian News-NEWS.am correspondent reports from parliament.

In all likelihood, parliamentarians are quite tired of hearing and “penetrating into” the speeches of their colleagues and the government officials.

As a result, many of them have just left the sessions’ hall, and at the moment, the 2020 budget draft is being debated on with the participation of just over 20 MPs, though their total number is 132 in parliament.

Their participation in debates is only shown when the time comes for their own speeches.

At the same time, many MPs are still “attached” to the texts of their speeches, as otherwise their speeches would not be possible and citizens would be left without the "important" and "useful" information to them.
