Protesters in Georgia have blocked all access to parliament, Novosti Georgia reports.

More than 20 opposition parties are holding a large-scale protest in downtown Tbilisi today in response to the failure of constitutional reforms. Earlier, they announced the beginning of a "full picketing of the parliament."

Due to the failure of the constitutional reform electoral law on November 14, opposition and civic activists have announced the start of protest actions.

Earlier today, leaders of the opposition European Georgia Party placed locks on the gates of the parliament. Demonstrators have pitched tents at the other two entrances to the legislature.

The demonstrators plan to spend the whole night there, and tomorrow they plan not to let the ruling Georgian Dream party MPs enter the parliament building.

A large number of police forces are stationed near the parliament entrance.
