YEREVAN. – A two-day workshop on "Training of Intellectual Property Trainers" kicked off in Yerevan on November 18, with the participation of a visiting delegation headed by President Joonho Koh of the Korea Invention Promotion Association (KIPA). The workshop will be attended by intellectual property professionals from Armenia and South Korea.

Prior to the workshop, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Intellectual Property Agency (IPA) of Armenia and KIPA to promote the culture of intellectual property training and deepen cooperation.

The memorandum stipulates that KIPA will share with IPA its own intellectual property teaching programs.

Joonho Koh said their team was ready to share their experience and knowledge of intellectual property with their Armenian associates.

Then Deputy Minister of Economy Naira Margaryan had a meeting with Joonho Koh. The interlocutors discussed the scope of further cooperation.
