The whole process of forming of anti-corruption committee in Armenia can be considered foiled, Armenian ex-deputy justice minister Tigran Khachikyan wrote on his Facebook.

According to him, this directly contradicts both the best manifestations of international experience in the formation of anti-corruption bodies, and the position recently announced by the Venice Commission.

"This happens when the anti-corruption tools defined in the Government’s program and anti-corruption strategy are sprayed with current laws,” he noted.
