YEREVAN. – Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan's lawyer Hayk Alumyan demanded from presiding Judge Anna Danibekyan to maintain the correct atmosphere in the courtroom.

The lawyer stated that insulting expressions were made several times. "The court is obliged to create an atmosphere that such a phenomenon is impossible," the lawyer said. “We have to be sure that there is no insult to our address in the hall. If that is not possible, then it is worth considering whether or not to enter this court. I don't know why my French colleague was surprised; maybe he just didn't realize that this is a trial. He just hasn't seen such thing in court."

"Human dignity is a value supreme," Alumyan added. "Everything else is derivative."
