The fight against the criminal subculture had to have begun a long time ago. This is what Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia Felix Tsolakyan told journalists today.

“All countries fight against the criminal subculture based on the examples of different countries. I believe it needs to be fought against. As for the mechanisms, ask the professionals,” he said.

He had trouble saying why there had not been such a law against the criminal subculture in the past. “There has always been a need for a fight against the criminal subculture, but there was no law. It has to be done with precaution so that an innocent person is not charged,” he said.
