The fact that an average Azerbaijani activist could come that close to Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan is worse, and if he was an agent, then this goes to show that the officers of Armenia’s National Security Service aren’t doing their job well. This is what founder of the first sabotage-intelligence squad in Armenia Vova Vardanov said during a press conference today.

“The former chief of the state protection service left, after which other officers left, and positions were distributed among those who remained. As a result, the security system became weak, and the Azerbaijani took advantage of this,” he stated.

According to him, the Azerbaijani citizen isn’t an officer of Azerbaijan’s special services since Baku wouldn’t disclose its agent for such an unnoticeable demonstration. “He is most likely a blogger or activist who could have taken advantage of the situation that was created after the former chief of Armenia’s security service was dismissed,” Vardanov concluded.

Yesterday, Ata Abdullayev of Azerbaijan entered an Armenian church in Milan and addressed questions to Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, who was in a meeting with representatives of the local Armenian community.
