I have no right to make an assumption. I have to trust the law enforcement system. When we start to trust, we also will become those countries whose citizens trust any official. Armenia’s famous businessman Khachatur Sukiasyan said this today in a conversation with reporters during the opening ceremony of the new workshop - in Abovyan - of a diamond processing company.

"Of course, today there are officials who don’t correspond, are weak," he said. "There are officials who do their job brilliantly, there are officials who are like ordinary people, and there are failures."

Touching upon the opening of the new workshop, Sukiasyan noted: "There was the Sirius plant here, which was an electronics industry plant of union significance. I've worked here for 14 years."

He added that he had recently received people from abroad engaged in diamond-processing. "There were people from them who said they had been here years ago, they were telling what had happened when they came and wanted to set up a factory here," he said. “Everybody wanted a ‘piece.’ (...). I want everything in Armenia to be transparent.”
