The Parliament of Armenia is considering a package of laws on accounting that prescribes the general principles for compilation and maintenance of accounting records, as well as preparation and presentation of a general financial report. This is what Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan said during a discussion on the package of bills on accounting and related laws in the second reading at the National Assembly today.

According to him, besides this, this serves as an attempt to regulate the relations in the accounting sector.

This package of laws was considered on October 3 and, after being adapted several times, was submitted to the parliament for consideration two months later.
