YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan extended condolences to President of Russia Vladimir Putin in connection with tragic incident in the Zabaikalsk region.

“I convey my deepest condolences to the families and friends of the victims on behalf of the Armenian people and myself,” Pashinyan said and wished speedy recovery to those injured.

President Armen Sarkissian also sent a message of condolences to his Russian counterpart.

Nineteen people were killed after a bus plunged off a bridge onto a frozen river.
