The Armenian Nuclear Power Plant will completely be halted for scheduled repairs, Hakob Vardanyan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of Armenia, told repoters on Tuesday.

According to him, the station will start scheduled repairs for 65 days.

“It will finally become clear in 2020. It all depends on the dynamics of electricity consumption and export," he said noting that it is planned to carry out work to increase the efficiency of the station’s protection from overheating.
