Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will pay an official visit to Russia, said Prime Minister’s spokesperson Vladimir Karapetyan in Yerevan on Friday.

Karapetyan noted that from now on they will be bridged in accordance with the law on the language, which implies translation into Armenian - the PM's spokesman noted that the partnership is based on friendship and strategic relations, and after what happened in Armenia changes acquired a new quality.

Karapetyan noted that there were six meetings between Nikol Pashinyan and Vladimir Putin.

According to him, during the last meeting on October 1 in Yerevan, an agreement was reached on organizing official visits, and the Armenian Prime Minister will pay an official visit to the Russia in the coming months. According to him, the visits of the Defense and Foreign Ministers of Russia to Armenia were productive, and agreements were reached.

Vladimir Karapetyan informed about the forthcoming visit of Nikol Pashinyan to St. Petersburg in a week to participate in the informal summit of the Eurasian Union Supreme Economic Council and summits.

The spokesman noted that the chairmanship of Armenia in the Eurasian Union was marked by effective and far-reaching achievements, the geography expanded - an agreement was signed in Yerevan with Singapore, and cooperation agreements with China and Iran entered into force.
