President of Russia Vladimir Putin has approved the proposal to sign an agreement on ensuring pension for workers of the Eurasian Economic Union. The relevant executive order was posted on the official online portal for legal information, reports TASS.

On the online portal it is stated that the executive order may be signed during the session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council.

The document provides for the development of an international treaty that will regulate the issues of ensuring pension between the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union, including Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and Russia. Upon entry into force, pensions will be designated and paid by the member state in the territory of which experience was gained.
