Due to the change of global politics, it is necessary to mend the Russian-Armenian relations in accordance with the changing conditions. This is what leader of the Democratic Party of Armenia Aram Sargsyan said during the third session of the Lazarev Club today.

According to him, Russia and Armenia are behind Western partners in terms of work with the mass media and non-governmental organizations at the level of everyday consciousness.

“It is known that, at the level of everyday consciousness, the people often don’t have the resources to analyze the created situation, and there is a need to take actions in this direction. In this case, it is important to take into consideration what happened in Armenia a year-and-a-half ago,” he concluded.
