YEREVAN. – Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan believes that the constitutional reform should inevitably lead to the justice reform.

This shows that the semi-presidential system has not justified itself, while the current parliamentary system justifies has.

Pashinyan said he is aware of the allegations that Armenia has to return to semi-presidential system.

“This system has failed,” Pashinyan emphasized.

It will be possible to think about abandoning the parliamentary system, if we are convinced of its inefficiency, Pashinyan said, adding that this had not happened so far.

As for the essence of constitutional reforms, it should lead to the justice reform, bringing it into line with the political realities of the people's power, democracy, and the rule of law.
