YEREVAN. – I don't assess in any way, these arguments have no significance politically because there is just no content there. Armenia’s Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan said this in a conversation with reporters today at Yerablur Military Pantheon, referring to the indirect arguments between the representatives of the authorities and Arthur Vanetsyan, former director of the National Security Service (NSS).

As to the rumors about a coup attempt, Avinyan said as follows, in particular: "The fact that Mr. Vanetsyan is no longer the director of the NSS is quite telling."
